Is your company developing — or planning to develop — an R&D project in collaboration with an international partner? CDTI Innovación has launched its 13th call for bilateral projects with unilateral certification and monitoring, aimed at Spanish companies seeking to cooperate technologically with partners from countries outside the EU.

Who can apply?

Spanish companies developing a project in a consortium with one or more partners from any of the following countries: Brazil, Cape Verde, Cambodia, Qatar, Chile, China, Colombia, South Korea, Côte d’Ivoire, Costa Rica, Cuba, UAE, USA, Ecuador, Egypt, Philippines, Ghana, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Sri Lanka, Laos, Lebanon, Malaysia, Morocco, Mauritania, Myanmar, Mexico, Oman, Peru, Dominican Republic, Senegal, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Tunisia, Uruguay and Vietnam.

(For the countries identified as priority countries in the call, there is also a prior commitment to collaborate with the local funding agency, facilitating the joint development of the project.)

What funding is available?

  • Partially Repayable Aid: up to 85% of the total approved budget, under two different modalities depending on the type of project (R&D Projects or the Direct Line for Innovation for projects with medium/low technological risk and a shorter investment recovery period).
  • Alternatively, grant funding through the Innoglobal FEDER call, where applicable.
  • Minimum eligible budget: €175,000 per company.

Can we help you prepare your application?

At DIGIS3, we support companies in Castilla y León in identifying suitable international partners, assessing whether their project meets the eligibility criteria of this CDTI call, and preparing the necessary documentation before the second cut-off date.
