The European Commission has opened the call DIGITAL-2026-SKILLS-10-NATIONAL-COALITIONS, under the Digital Europe Programme, to strengthen the Digital Skills and Jobs Platform and the National Coalitions of Member States.

What does it involve?

It funds a project that will:

  • Set up new National Coalitions and national websites in Member States that do not yet have them.
  • Expand and maintain the activity of existing National Coalitions (Spain already has one, established through previous calls in 2019, 2020 and 2024).
  • Connect these national coalitions with the central European Platform, fostering the exchange of content and data on digital skills and employment.
  • Distribute Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) of up to €150,000 per entity, enabling the National Coalitions themselves to carry out their activities.

Who can apply?

Legal entities (public or private) from EU Member States or countries associated with the Digital Europe Programme. It requires a broad consortium: a minimum of 5 independent applicants from at least 4 different eligible countries.

Important

This is not a grant designed for an individual SME to apply for funding for its own project, but rather for organisations that manage or wish to drive forward a National Digital Skills Coalition (public administrations, innovation agencies, sector associations, universities). If you are an entity of this kind and are interested in taking part in the Spanish coalition or the European consortium, this call is directly relevant to you.

Shall we help you assess your role in this call?

At DIGIS3, we support entities in Castilla y León in understanding whether this call fits their activity, and in connecting with potential partners to form part of the required European consortium.
