DIGIS3, in collaboration with AIR Institute and the Grupo de Investigación BISITE of the Universidad de Salamanca, has launched a new edition of the course ‘Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence’, available until December at this link.

The enrolment period for these courses is not yet open, however, we recommend that you keep a close eye on them as places are limited and there is a growing number of people interested in supercomputing training for areas such as data analysis and biology.

The Digital Maturity Assessment Tool is free of charge and available here in 32 different languages, offering facilities to properly carry out the digitisation process.

CALÉNDULA, the second most powerful supercomputer in Spain, increases its computing power tenfold following a 20 million euro regional investment in SCAYLE for improved business competitiveness, administrative efficiency and scientific research.

By tendering four projects, co-financed with European NEXT Generation Funds, the Castilla y León Supercomputing Foundation (SCAYLE) aims to promote the ‘CINDERELLA’ and ‘HOT’ projects that it is developing in collaboration with the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE).

The event on 27 June attracted farmers, engineers and academics, who witnessed the advanced use of drones for crop inspection and control, forestry data collection and fire prevention.

DIGIS3 participated in the V National Forum on Iberian Pig 2024, organised by the IBENUCOP Consortium, which took place on 26 June 2024 in the Chapel of the Archbishop of Fonseca College in Salamanca.
