SCAYLE is hosting the 5th edition of the Hands-on Course on Metagenomics and Microbial Diversity Using Supercomputing. The goal is to provide the necessary training for analyzing data from Next Generation Sequencing techniques, with a particular focus on their application to the metagenomic study of samples from various environments. The course will also cover the use of supercomputing for assembling and processing sequenced DNA fragments, as well as their subsequent annotation and analysis.
