Course: Genomic Analysis in Wild Plants Using RADSeq: From Raw Data to VCF File

The main objective of this course is to train participants in the use of bioinformatics tools for the processing, analysis, and visualization of data obtained using the RADSeq (Restriction Site Associated DNA Sequencing) technique. Over five days, the course will cover everything from an introduction to the working environment (Linux and R) and the use of the SCAYLE supercomputing center to data preprocessing, execution of the complete workflow in Stacks 2, and the interpretation of population results from VCF files.
