Course on Experimental Design and Metagenomic Analysis using Supercomputing
The first part focuses on hybrid assembly methods, combining different types of sequences, especially long and short sequences. The second part will work in depth with binning results. The third and last part focuses on the statistical analysis of the results, using R to obtain associations between taxon/genes/metabolic pathway abundances and sample types.
