II Quarterly meeting between intermediate agents for the Plan to promote the demand for digitalisation in Castilla y León.

Target audience: intermediary and multiplier agents from Castilla y León (chambers of commerce, sectoral associations, local action groups).

Objectives: this meeting will focus on identifying new digitalization needs, using a collaborative structure designed to optimize coordination among intermediary agents.

AGENDA:

Welcome and objectives (5 min)
- Introduction of the moderator.
- Explanation of the meeting’s purpose: to identify needs and propose digital solutions.
- Presentation of the agenda.
Update on DIGIS3 services (10 min)
- News and recent success stories.
- Overview of available services for SMEs, mid-caps, and entrepreneurs.
- Brief Q&A session.
Assessment and needs detection session (60 min)
- Structured exchange on challenges and technological barriers detected in the region.
- Systematization of needs by type of entity, sector, or digital maturity level.
- Alignment with available services in the DIGIS3 catalog (training, consulting, testing, funding).
- Joint prioritization of action lines to promote or adapt new activities.
- Presentation of the provisional calendar of upcoming planned actions.
- Group session to evaluate the perception of past activities: workshops, webinars, newsletters, publications, etc.
- Collective identification of improvement points and suggestions.
- Call for collaboration from intermediary agents to boost participation, dissemination, and implementation of planned activities.
Conclusions and next steps (10 min)
- Summary of identified needs.
- Action plan to work with agents: communicating solutions to specific companies and scheduling activities such as workshops or training sessions.
